Did you receive a Shift NorCal Gift Card and need to put it to good use? Awesome, just pick your preferred date and time, tell us your gift card number, and you're all set! Do you want to send a Shift NorCal eGift Card to someone? Great, it only takes a minute! You can find the Gift Card link on the top navigation panel of our website. Please note that Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required to ensure your spot in our course. If you'd like to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice before your lesson is scheduled to begin. We aren't able to reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice. If you cancel your lesson, a refund equal to 50% of the lesson price will be refunded to the original payment method. If you fail to arrive to your lesson, no refund will be issued.
