Did you receive a Shift NorCal Gift Card and need to put it to good use? Awesome, just pick your preferred date and time, tell us your gift card number, and you're all set! Do you want to send a Shift NorCal eGift Card to someone? Great, it only takes a minute! You can find the Gift Card link on the top navigation panel of our website. Please note that Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking in order to ensure your spot in our course. If you need to reschedule, you may use the deposit towards a future course (within 3 months of the deposit) as long as you reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your lesson or fail to show, you will forfeit your deposit.
